This is a RHD UK model on the new style Fiat Ducato chassis, it is currently registered taxed and insured in France, the CT (MOT) expires September but a full 2 year one will be arranged for a confirmed sale. Fitted with French headlamps and reversible conversion for rear foglamp/reversing light. Original UK dipping headlamps and UK V5 available.Drive is by a 6 speed manual gearbox, it has cruise control and speed limiter. It is driven by the Fiat 'standard' 2.3litre multijet diesel engine. We are at the moment running around 29-31 MPG based on French speed limits. Dab radio with audio input and phone linking, all with steering wheel controls. Electric windows/mirrors and cab air-con. Mileage around 34,500, adjustable reversing camera.It is licensed for 4 Seat belt positions and has a double fixed island bed to rear of van - the shower is to the side of the bed and there is a central toilet/washbasin with storage underneath. Both the cab seats are 'Captain' chairs and swivel to face the table/rear of the Van. It is fitted with a 3-power fridge/freezer (gas/mains/battery), Truma hot water/blown air central heating, 3 burner hob and separate oven/grill. The lighting is overhead lights with high and low intensity settings, individual lights where useful ie. kitchen area, sleeping area etc. and for night use blue LED floor level lights throughout the seating area.There is a solar panel on the roof and an automatic sat-finder 65cm. dish with 20" TV/DVD player that has full decoding for all freesat/sky channels and a lot of the European satellite services as well. The van can seat 4-6 round the table and if required sleep 4 with 2 on the fixed bed and 2 in the front seating area using the fixed seating, the table and 2 extra cushions making a double bed up. A curtain is fitted between sleeping areas in the front and rear of the vehicle and the television can be swivelled to face either the cab or the double bed end of the unit.
Weight is below the 3.5t limit with a payload of around 500kg available, it carries up to 100litres fresh water and 80litres grey water. There are two wardrobe style cupboards and ample sized (6) overhead storage lockers around the rest of the vehicle interior and a large shelf area over the windscreen.
Multitude of extras included in sale such as > power hook up cables, food quality water hose, gas bottle, levelling ramps, mattress cover and kitchen items. Sea ports within 2-3 hours include Brest/Roscoff, St Malo and Caen and Cherbourg in Normandy. Airports includes Rennes and Nantes. Delivery can be made to any of these locations at fuel cost.
As can be seen from the photos this vehicle is very clean and smart inside and out and basically it is in climb in and drive off condition! From a non-smoking home.Latest news - as part of regular checks we noticed Van battery was losing charge (down to 10.6volts) so a NEW high power battery is now fitted with a guarantee for 3 years. NB this is the 'starter' battery not the habitation one.
