André Minaux,
né à Paris en 1923
peintre, sculpteur, illustrateur,
graveur et lithographe français.
Il participe au mouvement de la Jeune peinture
dans les années 1950.
Plus tard, il fait partie du groupe
Peintres témoins de leur temps.
On le considère appartenant à l'école de Paris.
En 1940, il entre à l'École des arts décoratifs
où il est l'élève de Maurice Brianchon et de Roland Oudot.
Il décède à Touquin (Seine-et-Marne) en 1986.
